Our Tambo Alto goat cheese originated from a desire to preserve and modernize a traditional activity of the Elqui Valley. Its high plains are ideal for rearing goats: natural pastures, alfalfa fields and pure water from the mountain streams form the basis for an optimal diet. Our dairy benefits from advanced technology that ensures the highest quality standards and the healthiest production methods.
The cheeses are made with pure goat’s milk from a selected herd of European breeds.
The rind on the cheese forms naturally during the maturing process, and the products are vacuum packed on site.
Ingredients: Goat’s milk, Danish dairy cultures (Chymosin), curd and salt.
