Thinking Green

We are committed to a policy of sustainable development. Some of our production processes are run on solar energy produced on site. Likewise, our water comes from natural sources. Hunting and the felling of trees are expressly forbidden on our land. These same principles apply to raising goats, milking and the making of cheese.

We work very hard to improve our processes in order to protect the ecological world of the Elquí Valley.
